40 Hours $245.00 Includes Manual and everything you need to pass the state exam!
Real Estate Fundamentals and preparation for the real estate salespersons licensing exam. Featuring Our New “Student Success Kit” that includes many extras to help you pass the state exam and to help you get started in your new career. This course is approved by the state of Michigan and is Offered in a week long 5 day format. Requires no previous knowledge of real estate, students need to bring a simple calculator.
Once you have completed your course you need to go to the Michigan ICOLA page
to apply for your license before you can register to take your exam. Once you have applied for your new license you will need to go to www.psiexams.com and register to take your State exam.
